Tim goes to the counter for you,
on the ground in Davao.

We handle the setup in Davao while you are still at home. The ACR card and the bank account follow later, when you are in the country anyway.

From your order to a documented base in Davao City, step by step

Completely remote

Your base is built while you are at home. Nothing in it requires you to fly. What happens on the ground happens later, in your own time, when you are in the Philippines anyway.

Done while you are at home

  • Apartment and lease in your name REMOTE
  • Philippine TIN (BIR) REMOTE
  • BIR tax registration confirmation REMOTE
  • Barangay certificate REMOTE
  • Philippine phone number REMOTE
  • Philippine driver's licence (optional, at extra cost) REMOTE

These two follow later

  • ACR card LATER, ON THE GROUND
  • Philippine bank account LATER, ON THE GROUND

Neither of these holds your base up. The ACR card follows from time in the country, not from a trip you have to book, and when you do arrive Tim meets you and handles both with you.

From your order to your papers

01

You order

Pick the package, set the number of people and any extras, pay by card, stablecoin (USDC) or bank transfer.

02

Tim replies personally

No queue, no ticket system. Within Philippine business hours usually in a few hours, otherwise on the next working day. You go through your situation together and fix the plan before anything is filed.

03

The team works in Davao while you are still at home

Lease, tax number, BIR registration, Barangay certificate and SIM. Five parts of your base exist before you first land. Electricity, water and internet run in your name at the same address, which is the foundation every other document is built on.

04

You hold your documents

Everything in your name, every original in your hand: signed lease, TIN card, BIR confirmation, Barangay certificate and a registered local number. Your base is finished at this point, and you have not been asked to go anywhere.

05

The ACR card and the bank account follow later

The ACR card cannot be issued until you have spent 60 days in the country, so it is a consequence of time here rather than an appointment you book. The bank account is useful but your base does not depend on it. Whenever you do arrive, Tim goes with you to both.

The seven parts of your base

The full list, each marked with whether it is built while you are at home or follows later. This is the same split as the guarantee block on the homepage.

A Real Apartment, With KeysREMOTE

A genuine residential lease in your name, for a real apartment you can actually live in. You have the keys. Use it whenever you want, for as long as you want. Not a flat share. Not a serviced office. Not a mailbox. Utility bills, electricity, water, internet, in your name at the same address. This is the foundation every other document is built on.

Rental market and neighbourhoods

Your Philippine Tax Identification Number (TIN)REMOTE

Issued by the Bureau of Internal Revenue. A physical TIN card in your name. Your formal entry into the Philippine tax system as a Resident Alien. Required for bank account opening, ACR card, and virtually every official process in the Philippines.

How Philippine tax works

BIR Tax Registration ConfirmationREMOTE

An important distinction: what we obtain is your official BIR document confirming you are registered for taxes in the Philippines as a Resident Alien. This is not the same as a Certificate of Tax Residency, which is a separate document obtainable after a further process. The registration confirmation is what banks and most authorities require at the base setup stage.

Tax residency explained

A Barangay CertificateREMOTE

Issued by your local Barangay, the lowest tier of Philippine government administration, equivalent to a municipal registration. Confirms your registered address at the community level. Required by banks, the Bureau of Immigration, and most official Philippine processes. This is your ground-level proof of address, independent of your lease.

Your ACR Card (Alien Certificate of Registration)LATER, ON THE GROUND

The Philippine government's identity card for foreign residents. Required after 60 days of continuous stay. A plastic card with your photo, name, nationality, date of birth, and registered address. Accepted as an identity document at banks and government offices throughout the Philippines.

Visa and residency options

A Philippine Bank AccountLATER, ON THE GROUND

A real account at one of Davao City's major banks, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, or UnionBank, in your name, open and operational. Ruby, our banking coordinator, prepares the documentation and accompanies you to the appointment.

Banking in Davao and Singapore

A Local Philippine Phone NumberREMOTE

A registered Philippine SIM card in your name. Needed for local bank apps, two-factor authentication, and day-to-day life in Davao City. We sort it.

The driver's licence is optional and costs extra. Unusually for a government document, it needs no personal appearance at all and arrives by courier.

Seven to ten days, and you never leave your desk

7 to 10 days

to build the foundation while you are at home, from your order to the documents in your name

That figure describes the foundation. A visa application runs on its own clock: if you apply for an SRRV, SIRV or 9G, the timing belongs to the authority, not to us. What applies in your case is something we tell you at the initial assessment, which is before you fly anywhere.

What comes on top of the price

The package price is binding. Not included: government fees, visa deposits (e.g. the SRRV time deposit), bank minimum balances, and third-party fees.

If our initial assessment shows your case needs work beyond the package, we discuss it with you first, nothing changes without your agreement. MyDavaoBase provides coordination and support services, not legal or tax advice in the regulated sense.

Two things you can add

Philippine Driver's Licence

A genuine LTO-issued plastic licence card, internationally recognised by car rental companies and valid as an identity document. No driving test. No personal appearance. Delivered by courier within approximately one week. → Licence details

Visa Processing

Most clients from the UK, US, Australia, Ireland and most Western countries can stay up to 36 months on a tourist visa extension, with no long-stay visa required. For those who want or need a formal one (SRRV, SIRV or 9G), we handle the full application. → See all visa options

Now it is up to you

You now know what happens and in what order. None of it requires you to fly. What is left is which package fits your life.

Timothy Te, Operations Manager Davao

Real People. On the Ground.

Timothy runs the operation in Davao City. He navigates the Bureau of Immigration, the Bureau of Internal Revenue, the Philippine Retirement Authority and the local banks every week, and he stands at the counter you cannot stand at.

A website cannot come to your bank appointment or chase an agency by phone. That is the service.
