2. Technical data and hosting

When you visit this website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary information. This can include in particular your IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, the amount of data transferred, browser type, operating system and referrer URL. This data serves the secure, stable and efficient delivery of the website. The website is hosted on Vercel; the hosting provider's current privacy terms apply to its processing.

3. Analytics with Plausible

We use Plausible Analytics for privacy-friendly reach measurement. According to its own documentation, Plausible sets no cookies and creates no personal or cross-device user profiles. The analysis helps us understand which content is used and how we can improve the site. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in privacy-friendly analysis and improvement of our information offering.

4. Contact form

If you use the contact form, we process in particular your first name, last name, email address, optionally your phone number, your message and the referring page in order to answer your enquiry and route it to the right contact. Processing takes place to carry out pre-contractual steps or on the basis of our legitimate interest in the orderly handling of incoming enquiries.

5. Orders and payment processing with Stripe

If you order services through this website, we process the details required to conclude and perform the contract, in particular your name, email address and the details of the services selected. Payment is processed by the payment service provider Stripe; your payment details (such as card data) are collected and processed directly by Stripe, and we never receive full card data. The legal basis is the performance of the contract. When external payment providers are used, processing may take place outside the European Union; the contractual and statutory safeguards of the respective provider apply.

6. Newsletter and Mailchimp

For the newsletter we process your first name, last name and email address as well as the referring page. Your subscription takes effect directly when you submit the form, without an additional confirmation step. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, for example via the unsubscribe link in every email. We use Mailchimp to manage and send the mailing list. Newsletter sign-ups are stored as marketing consent. Contact details may also be transmitted to Mailchimp in connection with orders, to attribute the order and reach you about it. When external service providers are used, processing may take place outside the European Union; the contractual and statutory safeguards of the respective provider apply.

7. Administrative notifications

When a new newsletter sign-up or contact enquiry arrives, an administrative notification is sent via an email service. The notification contains the details you submitted and the referring page. For newsletter sign-ups, the time of consent is additionally documented so the sign-up can be processed traceably. Here too, processing may take place outside the European Union. The data is stored only as long as necessary for processing, documentation and compliance with statutory obligations.

8. Appointment booking

We use external appointment booking services for calls and consultations. When you book an appointment, the respective provider processes the data you enter (in particular name, email address, chosen slot) under its own privacy terms. We receive the booking data to conduct the appointment.

9. External links

This website contains links to external websites and social networks. When you click an external link, you leave our site. The respective operator is responsible for the processing of personal data on the linked pages.

10. Other contact

If you contact us by email, phone, Telegram or via a linked consultation page, the data you provide is processed to answer your enquiry. Scope, purpose and storage period depend on the content and course of the enquiry and on the applicable statutory retention obligations.

12. Your rights

Within the statutory requirements, you have the right of access to the personal data concerning you, to rectification or erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability and to object to processing.
