Ordering as two, three or four: how we price it
It happens constantly: four people relocate together and share an apartment. Our pricing reflects that honestly. The first person pays the full package price; every additional person pays half. Why not less? You share one apartment and one lease, but the ACR, TIN, Barangay Certificate and bank file are per person, the per-head work is real.
Extras count per unit, not per person. The order form lets you choose how many company formations, Singapore accounts and driver's licences you actually need; with two people, one licence or one account is often enough.
SRRV and SIRV use couple logic: married couples run as one application (principal plus dependent); the second person then pays half the Nomad fee for their personal document file, not the visa package price. Unmarried co-applicants need two full applications; every full application after the first gets a 25% flat-share discount. The order form shows you the math live for any combination.
Why does the second person pay 50%?
Because only the apartment is shared. Each person needs their own government and banking file, their own appointments, their own apostilles; that work is what the price contains.
